City of Chocolate

So I was lucky enough to visit the city known for few things we cant imagine our life without. Fries, beer, waffles and one of the world best chocolate . Yes I'm talking about Brussels, capital city of Belgium, also called a fairy tale city

Founded in year of 979, and since then shining like a star. As not so many people know French Fries wasn't found in France, actually the real existence of Fries comes from Belgium since 1680. Lots of people have been using ketchup and mayo but the real star of the Fries is a curry mayonnaise. Greenish color and real kick of a curry makes fries from snack to real deal, so if you happen to go around the Brussels grab a shack and tour the city like a locals.

And now the thing you've been waiting for, chocolate, possible the one of the best chocolates in the world are coming from Belgium, as you can see from the pictures I enjoyed every second of it, eating and drinking the best hot chocolate in the world. Particular this chocolate I've been drinking was crafted, exactly crafted in Neuhaus, one of the best chocolates in the world. Beside having a great hot chocolate they are also making the best chocolate in the world, and there is plenty of kinds to choose from, the oneIm sugessting for id dark chocolate, 75% coco and trust me your are going to enjoy it every bite of it. Take your time while choosing the chocolate since there are so many kinds of  them, if you cant choose you can even make a selection and take it on the way, one of the best ways to enjoy the already beautiful city.

While you'r walking around with your hand picked chocolate box in your hand you might find yourself in the small side street called Rue des Bouchers with all the local restaurants offering the amazing food form the traditional Belgian menu. You can find everything from mussels which are most popular dish and always fresh up to m y choice, Belgian sausage with apple compote and rocket salad. Trust me, this is the street which make you crazy with all the choices they have, and the best thing is that this is the street which takes you to the heart of the Brussels, to Grand Place, the place you shouldn't miss.

Grand Place is the most important destination in Brussels, if you don't come here its like you never been to Brussels. Beside being beautiful for eye and life memory catching the thing you need to know about this marble is that, this is build in 13th century and still looking good, actually looking beautiful. Place is surrounded by a Town Hall, Kings House and Guildhalls. Very interesting story is behind the beautiful square. Once a upon a time there were three markets, meat, bread and a cloth market which will later lead to the today's state of Grand Place.

After walking down the path where the millions were walking I'm going towards one more atraction in Brussels, Manneken Pis, small bronze statue which means much more then the size shows. Tall only 61 cm and 395 years old, Manneken Pis is a very touristic place actually its a must see after the Grand Place. Lots of history and stories are attached for this small boy, the idea, believes and many more. Unfortunalty the original was stolen and the replica is placed in 1965 but that doesn't a small boy to pis in the fountain as the people of Brussels would say. Very interesting thing is that little boy is derresed up several times per week, and that's managed by non-profit organization  The Friends of Manneken Pis. And that would be all for this post, im finishing my travel leaving you with a picture of a small boy.

Until next time, please read, write and if you have any suggestions you can always contact me.

Boston, the city of theaters.

So, after a long vacation I'm back on track full of new things to share, it's going to be interesting.

Today we are going to visit Boston, the biggest and capital city of state of Massachusetts. Well known for a Boston marathon, home of Boston Seltic's and some of the finest crab meat, but about that later in the my post.
Settled  in 1630 and covering the 124 km2 with a population of 645.966 in 2014. makes the city of Boston the 24th largest city in USA and one of the biggest harbors in the world. Very interested city I must say, and so many things to see, so if by any chance way takes you to Massachusetts visit Boston, it's a must, so let's start.

As I said harbor is one the biggest but in the same time very beautiful. I'm starting from harbor since I've stayed in one of the hotels which was on a walking distance from. Was walking around during the day of my arrival and I was amazed, not because of something special I've seen there but the fact how the people of Boston take care of the harbor. Clean sight, full of life is something you cant see these days in harbors around the world. Beautiful boats all over the place as the one which caught my eye. Take a look of a picture and you'll understand what I'm talking about.

But that's not all, before you actually enter the harbor you have a small Victory gate to pass trough to enter to the magnificent world of see.

And by the way the water it self there are restaurants, restaurants which serve finest crab meat, I'm not the sea food lover, but, I must recommend a crab sandwich, proud of Boston, while you'r eating the sandwich you can taste the sea, freshness of the meat and combination of new age cuisine in the sauce making the sandwich even better, something special, delicious.

Walking down the harbor you can see something more, something special. There are some remains of a historical old harbor which was once great, and now, is just sitting there, maybe one day it will get a shine it deserves as an important part of the city, or, again, maybe not. So walking next to the beautiful sights of harbor which was once a big deal, you are entering the heart of a city itself, heart of the city of Boston.

Tall buildings, rocky streets and food trucks are just a part of the city, but much more is there to see and feel. First thing I would like to mention is an Old State House, built in 1713. and until the 1776. it was a Town House, but then became a State House until 1798. and City Hall, followed by a museum from 1881. until present. Beautiful building, you can see the old Georgian style of a building houses and its one of the landmarks of a Freedom Trail and in the same time the oldest surviving public building in Boston. Also which was very interesting for me was that in front of the same "house" there was a little in graved stone in memory of the killed in Boston massacre, happened in Mach 5th 1770. by the solders of a British army who were stationed in Boston. They've killed 5 and injured 6 more male people. So as you may see there are so many things to see and do in Boston, so we'll stop here, so you can do something by yourself, I don't want to spoil the fun. I'll just mentioned few more must see things so you know which way to go; Faneuil Hall, Old North Church, Massachusetts State House, Old South Church and much more.

And if you are lazy to walk around or you are short of time you can always take on of these and go around the city. Old school bus is very nice and the tour guides are professional, the only thing you need to be aware is that the seats are very hard, since they are wooden, so equip yourself for an enjoyable day and discover this beautiful city.

That would be all for today, hope you enjoyed reading as much as I was writing it, all the best, Nikola.

California's calling!

California's calling!

And after a few weeks of a vacation I continued my adventures around the world with a special thing, USA, and I was a firs-timer. I headed to Californian, sunny, beautiful San Francisco. Usual staff, early morning flight with my favorite Middle East company and long flight towards San Fran. After a 15h flight I steeped with my foot for a first time to USA sole, and I must say it was a pretty different then any other destination I have been so far.

It was a sunny day and perfect for some exploring the city. Rented a car, nice one, Chevrolet Impala 2013, and started my journey. One thing, if you are going to rent a car then you better go towards the city after 8-8:30, because the people are going for work then and to come back after 17:00 same story but back from work, I am talking about free way. After a 20 minutes ride I arrived in heart of San Fran, beautiful city, the up-and-down city, because everything is more less like that, my name. There is so many thing to be seen so Ill point only few major once.

First on the list was Golden Gate
bridge, the main attractions in San Francisco, thousands of people come during the day to take a picture with this giant. Long 2.737 m ~ 2.7 km and 27.4 m width was declared as a Wonders of a Modern World by Modern Society of Civil Engineering. Really beautiful thing, it's not big as I expected, watching in the movies, but it's amazing and must see if you are coming to San Fran. Around the bridge there is a place to stand and enjoy the view to San Francisco Bay which, by the way has many things to offer. Also, a beautiful park to have a pick-nick with you family and friends.

So, the next thing which is must see and it's on your way to Pier 33 which is a must as well, but later about that. Now I will focus on "The Rock" or, if you are not familiar with the name, Alcatraz, the biggest name in term of Recreational Facilities. It was a military prison, light house since 1868 but built 1847 and today is for a visit from anyone who would like to see this wonderful thing. Anyway, the Alcatraz is famous about one thing and that is, no escape prison. Many people tried to escape but non of them succeeded, 14 attempts from 36 inmates, most of them were shot-killed by guards. The only escape was in 1962 by John Paul Scott but he was recaptured immediately after reaching the shore. And after that famous trio declared as MIA from FBI, same year as previous mentioned escape, Clarence and John Anglin with Frank Morris. They have escaped with inflatable raft, some say they died, some they escaped but no one knows the real story.

The next important thing to see and its around the shore is lovely see side area, full of bars and restaurants, colorful and joyful. Because of the position of the city and way out to bay, San Francisco is very
famous about sea food, daily the fresh fish and rest of the sea food has been served to costumers to enjoy, and I must say its really tasty, you can try sea food salad, made as a combo of a fresh sea food. Shore itself is full of people, mostly tourist and few locals, I was there during the work days, maybe is different  during the weekend, and of course street musicians and performers. On a beautiful day its a perfect place to spend your day with your family, friends or person you like.

So after this I visited few more things, first stop was Alamo Square known by the colorful old houses on the top of the hill. The houses are magnificent, few of them are even in the same shape but different colors, it was nice to see something different then old school houses with same colors, not offence, butI like this once more. There is a lot of them but ill show you the once which made a biggest impact on me during this lovely trip to San Francisco.

It was a long day so I managed the most of thins I wanted to see, beside of this I have visited the Market Street with the shopping mall and all possible Coffee Shop's, same brand, you can maybe guess which one. St_bucks, I like coffee but this was a bit boring, no offence. I don't have a picture of it because I came very late at night so it will all stay on the link. Later I stopped at City Hall, beautiful I must say, worth of seeing. And in the end Castro street. Very live during the night, something for everybody. Almost forgot about it, If you have a chance the must must do is to take a ride in the old school trump. Its very cheap and nice, you can see most of the city if you take a ride, and this is one of the last places where you can actually do it. The best one is if you can take from the shore I have mentioned above all the way to top to Alamo Square and back, ride is 6$ and worth every dollar. So, that's my day in San Francisco, please recommend to your friends and let me know if you have any wishes I can make.

That would be all for today, hope you enjoyed reading as much as I was writing, all the best. Nikola

Seychelles, the high class vacation spot!

So after a long time I was happy to go to some of the new destinations I planed to. Only 4 hours from my current place of living and a whole day to spend there is an amazing thing. The usual thing, wake up in the morning and go for a flight and that's it. Flight itself was pretty smooth, of course I fall a sleep and the moment I woke up the plane was already landing at Mahe Island. It's a small island in Indian Ocean called Seychelles  The population is little bit more than 70.000 and more than 90% of population is situated in capital city Victoria which by the way is a natural gem if I can say "in the middle of the water" .

After the flight and disembarking I headed towards a hotel, not so far away, only 45 minutes drive, more, and believe me it payed off. Arrived at a hotel and it looked like a most beautiful complex of resorts I have seen so far, of course in my previous post I said Maldives are Paradise on Earth, and still it is but this one is pretty close and by the way, very posh. Huge complex, rounded by the mountings and open to the sea its a nice sight, and of course beautiful sky. I stayed at beautiful resort
as I said, and I must say its a place to be on this marvelous island. Rooms are pretty, spacious and above all you get your name written on a TV when you turn it on, it's present on most of the hotels but this one was a bit different. Beside impressive thing about TV there is a whole room, most likely is a apartment then a room, and I can't complain, as you can see at the picture bellow I was enjoying the beautiful view from the outside of the room, of course to the open see.

I spend some time in my room before I headed for a breakfast and after that towards the beach and some relaxing time away from all the work and fast life which makes your face grow older. Breakfast itself was amazing a lot of things to chose and it keeps on coming, stuff very polite and helpful, real gem in my book, and the space itself is amazing  Spent some time eating and enjoying the view, and after that in a few short steps I ended up on the beach lying in the chair. But one thing I forgot to tell you, in front of my room was a big turtle park, and it's a home for one of the oldest turtles alive in the world, the real living
champion, the 110 years old, and counting, that's the "guy" on the picture, sleeping, isn't that a rear thing or what, I understand him, he have seen everything so far so it's not that interesting to pose for a "another" guy who walks around him looking for a best angel to take a photo. Beside "him" there are more of them lying and relaxing the whole day. The whole island is a full of different species of animals: birds, turtles, crabs and so on, so if you wanna go you better be prepared for a quick snaps because beside turtles, they are not gonna wait for you to make yourself comfortable.

Probably the most interesting part for you as it was for me is the beach part. Long beach covered in white sand and beautiful look into the distance with a few islands on your way but all of this makes it pretty much the one of a kind thing. Palm trees made me a shade so I don't get burned from the Sun, and made a "picture" even more beautiful. So I enjoyed some time and then slept on a bed-chair like a baby, and I must say I charged my batteries like never before, and if you need to do the same I strongly recommend this place to do it. After a few hours I went back to my room and had a nice sleep until my next flight back, to my big nice room. In the end I wanna thank you for reading my blog and to wish you a nice time whenever you go for a vacation, enjoy.

So until next time enjoy the pictures from a beautiful Mahe island, Seychelles.

④ Must see's !

Things which needs to be seen once in your life, if possible, if not I am here for you!

So, after the review of Algeria is postponed for a time being I'll be doing something else, something even more interesting and that is,
must see things, my opinion of course, from my adventures.

Let's get started, all of these thing's made me so happy that I had opportunity to see them and I will share it with you now, starting from by my opinion, the best one;

Christ the Redeemer, the biggest Art Statue and 5th biggest statue of Jesus Christ in the world.. High 38 meters, including 8 meters of of pedestal, and 28 meters of hand stretch on 700 meters height  and has 635 tones, all of this is on Corcovado mountine in Tijuca National park in Rio de Janeiro. The first idea was proposed around 1850's but wasn't accepted then, but half a century later the beautiful monument is made. Construction of these miracle, at least by mine opinion, lasted from 1926-1931 and is a symbol of Brazilian Christianity. Only thing is that Brazil itself is very far away from any destination in the world beside South/North America and that's why I was excited to see this beautiful statue. But if you have chance to travel this far please do it, its worth of it, and its a sight for a whole life.

From my vacation in Bali, I hope this is correctly written, comes a beautiful temple Tanah Lot. Its around 20 km for Denpasar, reign in Bali, founded around 15th century, is a real Daimond for your eyes, this kinda things you are not gonna see surely often, and so its a recommended and approved, by the way, yes it is temple on the rocks, and how often have you seen this? Today even after so many years temple still has services for the pilgrims favorable to him. I would suggest to be visited, of course, not everything can be done but at least is a an idea for a traveling.

As I said in one of my earliest blogs, my favorite place, and my brothers is Japan. The culture and the way of living is just much more then we are expectingthat's way this place is dedicated to Golden Temple (Kinkaku-ji) . Founded in 1397. and since then attracts tourist and school kids every day. Temple is in Kyoto, living UNESCO city, but this one is special, why, because its a Historic Mounties of Ancient Kyoto, one of 17, and its the one of the oldest once. On me had a biggest impact from all of them, Japanese know how to cherish their legacy and tradition and this makes it even more beautiful  So if path takes you to Osaka, Kyoto is not far away, stop by and see the living ancient spot in Japan.

Beautiful church in St. Petersburg, "Church of the Savior on Blood" , made in the honer of King Alexandar II who was assassinated on the place where the church was build by his son King Alexandar III. Building started in 1883 and slowly, little by little finished in 1907. Beautiful church is one of the main sights in St. Petersburg and its a wort of seeing and visiting. Inside is also beautiful but with all respect to my religion pictures weren't taken, so, if you find yourself in cold Russia, you can find your shelter in this magnificent church.

And that's how we got to an end of one of the articles, I hope you did enjoy reading as my much as I did writing. Until the next time, let the wind gives you a good sail.

P.S. All the pictures are made my me, with my Canon camera EOS 1100 :)

When the Cherry-blossom trees bloom in Osaka

When the Cherry-blossom trees bloom in Osaka

So, it was a 01am when I headed back to the airport for my flight to one of a kinda adventure. To country of the rising Sun, where politeness and respect are still the main values and you can actually feel it in the air, no disrespect to anybody but this is the way I see it. Kon'nichiwa, Sayonara, Arigato are only some of the words which can be heard during this almost 09h flight. Polite way of talking to others or the way of
speaking is learned for years and its not really easy to master, and if you do it wrongly you are most probably going to offend the person you are trying to amaze, yes you are right its called Keygo. First time when I was there I was amazed with the level of respect, politeness and many more values which you cant see now days anymore towards person you are having conversation with. I am showing importance to this subject because to have this in you culture is very impressive and more impressive then this is that everybody respect it, from first to the last one, and for generations didn't changed a bit, one of a kind experience.

And the time was passing slowly, because its a very quit flight, so I was watching the movies and enjoying the experience of one the best, and maybe the air carriers from Middle East. Service is perfect, attention to details very good and so on, anyway, I headed to rest room to refresh myself, and now you are asking yourself, why in Earth he is writing about this?! So the moment I have entered the rest room, funny thing caught my eye, and it was nothing less then Origami. Confused with my small reception by my dear host swan quickly refreshed my face and headed back to my seat. on the way there I saw one of my good friends , after a quick chat I've shoot the question, of course at first she was laughing but then she explained to me; whenever someone goes to toilet to do whatever, he/she/it leaves an Origami
, why, I interrupted of course, it means the rest room is clean and ready for a next person, say what? , was my reaction, so let me get something straight, you go to rest room, do your thing, if satisfied with cleanliness of the rest room you leave the paper mark, Origami, to signal to others the rest room is good for use? Yes, she replayed. Now, why did I emphasized on this, because not so many cultures have this and its a mind blowing thing, at least to me, and because of the people who are thinking to go to Japan for a vacation, just wanted to make you familiar with customs of the, at least for me, best cultural country these days.

After few attempts t sleep and some coup of noodles, we were landing, and I was already prepared for a mind blowing adventure. Of course I had a plan. I was so eager to to as much as I can the way only I can do. So I had a 30h to rest, to some things and enjoy Osaka and Kyoto, so its gonna be interesting task, but you know me, either you do it 100% or you don't do it at all, I am the 100% one, lol. Seteled down in hotel
and went to metro station to go to Osaka castle, straight away of course, and, I forgot to tell you I LIKE SAMURAIS, big time, huge fan! Entered the main Osaka metro station and of course my Japanese is not that good so I had a bit problem here, lol, but of course, people are so kind here, that the lady, heading to other direction, took me for a hand and literally left me on my metro platform, that's the culture I am talking about in past 10 minutes, how many of us would do this? Moving on, sorry but we have tight scheduled here, after some time I arrived at the metro station which headed directly to castle of Osaka. I was so nervous that I run from station towards castle, and after few up's and down's

I arrived at, after to be my favorite place, and you know why? -Its full of samurais, a lots and lots of them. Symbolic entrance fee and the party can start. By the way, castle started with building 1583. by Toyotomi Hideyoshi who was daymio, politician  warrior and general, the Japanese second "great unifier" .
Construction was completed in 1597. and the same year the grate Hideyoshi died. Behind this castle is a great history, so if you have any chance to go, see and experience these marvelous building full with history, please do, you will not regret a thing, for me a best part of the day. In side of the castle you will find so much more then you expected, form history of Japan itself and Osaka, all the way until modern time. Full of colors, signs, samurais, weapons and much much more its a real Diamond of Osaka, worth of all time and effort. Only thing is that inside you are not allowed to take pictures because of the historical value of some exponats and figures but your eyes are gonna do the trick and mind is gonna take some bad a** pictures, which are for life. I would warmly recommend this castle!

Next station, Golden Temple. Going back to Osaka main metro station and heading to Kyoto now. Kyoto itself has so many things to offer that you don't know where to go first, but, kindness sent me to a right directions, again. Bus number 100 if I remember correctly and straight to Golden Temple (Kinkaku-ji) .
Entrance fee symbolic once again and here I come. The temple itself is very popular, you can see so many tourists here and school kids as well, seems that everybody are interested in this temple, whats the story behind? It was found in 1397. by Saionji Kintsune and after that sold to a Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu and its transformed into a complex and its one of 17 Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto World Heritage. Very beautiful and interesting temple, it a real beauty, must see if you are coming to Osaka/Kyoto. The whole complex is very big so as you may see on the picture, there is a big pond, which is full of Koi fishes, so its very colorful. from there you have a bug steps to lead you around the complex and after to exit itself. Its not big as the next one I am going to show you but the years made it so famous and beautiful, same as vine, the older it is, the better it tastes.

After visiting the Golden temple it was time to eat something, and that was, Japanese style pancakes.
Now you are telling yourself, that's not something special, but actually it is, the way they are stuffed is.
I'll try to make it clear. They are made same as Us pancakes, tick and full of dough, but they are stuffed with seafood and sort of kind of things which comes from the see, sea vied, fish, prawns and so on, something like this and all of that is of course deepen in secret sos, yummy.  They are very nice and tasty and would recommend as a must. Because of the filling inside is going to hold your hunger for a long time so you continue your traveling experience.

With a full stomach I continued my travel towards the must see temple in Kyoto, the all mighty and great Kiyomizu-dera, something spectacular. It is a beauty, founded in 778. and its made without single nail, wow,
such a massive temple without a single nail, I told you its a something spectacular. His place is in the up hill of Kyoto and its a must see if you are going to visit Osaka or Kyoto. It is build until perfection, every inch is arranged and its a breath taking scene. This temple as the Golden temple is part of a Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto. This one of a kind temple is welcoming the hundreds of people every day and its a huge attraction in Kyoto, if you ask anyone about it everybody will know and will be proud. Hopefully you will go and see it yourself because its a lifetime experience and its worth every dime, second and drop of sweat, its a long way up.

The thing's I wanted to do I managed and after all of this running I felt a little bit sleepy so I headed back to my good hotel and slept until my flight back. Until next time, be safe and let me know what do you think about my work.

P.S. On 25th I'll be in Algeria so if you are there please do let me know, coffee is better when you have company!

Honey in Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Honey in Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Not so while ago, actually a few days back I visited a beautiful city of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City. Honestly, not knowing much about the country and city itself ( beside that the city is named by same-named politician and leader of communist, Ho Chi Minh ) and when I say noting at all, I mean nothing, I am not proud of that, but at least I admit, so I went with a flow. Moving on from my lack of knowledge. Because of the situation in which I am I gave a tour suggestions to fill the blanks, and I must say, it was awesome, real Diamond. After arriving at the national airport, I headed back to my hotel which was a couple of minutes away to settle down and hit the gym hard enough to sleep straight away after this, which was a good thing since Ill be heading to a, later marked wonderful, tour around Mekong Delta river in the same named province.

Day started very early for me, woke up at 06am and went for breakfast, hunger doesn't take prisoners, especially mine, it looked like one of the Asian shows about food competition, "Who will eat more then Nikola" , other guests or me alone, lol. Interesting start of the day you may say, but it was all planed for a long day on the island. Departed from hotel around 07ish, driving for some time, more-less 2 hours, until I came to small boat harbor, and from there beautiful view of the Delta river.

Crossing on the other side was a real something, especially with this kinda boats. Anyway I headed further inside the Mekong Delta sole, and I had some nice things to see, and one more thing, the moment i stepped in on the sole of Mekong Delta I bought Non Bai Tho, traditional hat, so I can feel more of Vietnam and protect from the Sun. The thing which surprised me is that lots of villagers have bees, which, by the way produce honey if someone doesn't understand my French. Now you are thinking, ok, everybody have honey, but they have something more, the rarest thing of all, Royal Jelly. You are asking yourself whats that, Ill tell you, don't worry. Its a type of honey which is used to feed larvas in stage when they are developing and adult Queens, sounds bad as it taste, but its a real Diamond, coast around 10$ per jar (small jar as a jelly shot) but its so rich in Minerals, Vitamins and so much more that you cant imagine, and by z way, how would my Egyptians friends say, its produced from bees called workers, its a funny way to explain but that's the story short.

I almost forgot, the main attraction on this island, beside having bees and lots of honey, taking the boat around is taking pictures with Python, famous snake, known for ability to strangle their prey in mater
of minutes, the same one I am holding here. This one isn't so big but anyway its a very scary thing thou, especially when he started twisting around my leg or arm, not pleasant, not pleasant at all, but he was friendly in the end. My father is jumping around now, guess why, he cant see snakes even on tv.

Probably my mama would like this part even more, because hes a cooking enthusiast, big time, she even has her own page to present them.

In this island they are very proud about having coco-nuts, which even has a song about, but not any coco-nuts, they have only 45 different kinds of coco-nut, we established that my knowledge about Vietnam is almost a zero, but this is a thing that surprised me big time, its really something, I mean, when you, them, me go to Supermarket at least I see only one kind, but actually, there is more then one. Any ways, I am not gonna bother you about my shopping habits, but Ill stay in domain of coco-nuts. Beside having them, they are also using them in a different way, like, making the juice, creams, facial masks, drinks, and of course candy. Coco-nut candy is a tricky one, its prepared in traditional way, so the preparation goes like this; pealing the nut, grinding, adding some water and coco-nut water, mixing the hand in a big mixer wanna be and in the end cooking. For sure there is something more but lets put it as a traditional secret. After of process of cooking they add different kind of fruits, peanut, almond, mint and so on...and then comes to.... yes, cutting, as you can see on the picture with a lady holding a catana, lol.
Mine was with peanut and its pretty good, nothing special that I haven't tried before, but to see the whole process of making one and to see the outcome its makes its sweeter them other candy I have tried before. The same candy is sold afterwards, on the spot or in the store, for them its the same because its famous and they are making money her or there, price is varying thou from 3-5$ per pack, which contains 20 pieces of candy, its worth of trying, I mean, when again you are gonna have opportunity to be a witness of making a candy and having it fresh in the mater of minutes after production, let face it, really hard.

Beside of a coco-nut, the country itself is full of different fruits, and one I liked the most is called "Lady finger Banana" of course you can see in the name about which fruit is a big fuss about, rich in texture and much more in taste, groves everywhere, as some people have bushes that's how there are Banana trees on every step, so I am not gonna bother you more about it but you got the point, just to clarify, there is a lots of different fruits on the island, more then a lot, you chose; Mango, Papaya, Banana, Lichie, Peach, Plum, every single fruit we can find in Supermarket they have it in the garden.

And so, my day was coming to an end, and I must say its was a good one, so good I would like to
more often, but other destinations await to bee seen and explored, on one else then truly yours, me. So after very successful day I headed back to my big boat with a small one, from one of the canals coming out of main part of the Delta river in a old school style with this strong lady as a Captain of the boat, this ride is a real something, if you have opportunity to visit this part of the world you'll see why. This is where you feel the most of the Vietname spirit, my favorite part of the day, you asking why, but I cant explain, you need to live it to understand it, but its a something I tell you.
